On TV But Not On Shelves: Where Are Our YA Novels For Female Athletes of Color

I am glad to finally have a list of novels with main characters who are female athletes of color. There are not as many as you'd think, and it is time we create a bigger space for them. I never thought I'd share a list with the great Kobe Bryant, but here it is. It's crazy to see my novel SPRINT DREAMS on this list with such great works.
